How can I make my candle last longer?

For the best burn experience, allow your candle to create a full melt pool during the first burn (about 2–4 hours), trim your wick before each use, and avoid burning longer than 4 hours at a time.


Do you offer local pickup?

Local pickup may be available for certain orders and launches. If available, the option will appear at checkout.


What if I have an issue with my order?

Customer experience means everything to us. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery and we will do our best to help.
