Shipping policy

The process:

The time I usually need to prepare an order for shipping varies, especially for custom candles. In most cases I will be able to ship out orders within 2-3 business days from being placed.

Shipping Time:

For North America it's typically 5-6 business days. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. I am not held responsible for delays or failed deliveries of your packages. Once the package has been scanned at the post office I have no control in how long it will actually take to be delivered. Returns:

At this time, unfortunately we cannot accept returns, but we will always strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. In a case where you have received a damaged item, we will happily issue you a replacement as quickly as possible. If your item is damaged, please provide us with a picture of the item by email: uyum.scents@gmail.com
